There’s a lot of truth in the idea that we can’t get away with a lot of things in our health in our later years opposed to when we were in our 20’s. Things surely change and it is quite common that many of us fall off physically as we age. And while the slowing down of our bodies does happen, it isn’t the main cause of the overall decline. 

To discuss why this tends to happen and to provide solutions, we invited Bill Vogel to the show. Bill is a Certified Health and Longevity Coach who specifically works with men and women over the age of 50. His passion is to assist this demographic as they have been known to be one of the most metabolically challenged group and show how to turn that around by emphasizing eating real whole foods, movement, eating windows, supplements, sleep management, hydration and breathing.
