The concept of intuitive eating is an incredibly difficult one when presented to a dieter. This is partly because we were all intuitive eaters before we went on our first diet. We knew what we needed to eat and when we needed to eat. After that, we follow the specifics of a diet and never get to restore our true relationship with food.
