Jul 19, 2022

One of the main concerns that people new to ketogenic diets is cholesterol. For over 60 years, we have been told that cholesterol was the main cause of heart disease and people interested in the benefits of a keto diet can't ignore the elephant in the room while trying to justify eating a diet based on larger amounts of fat.
