Toxins can play a significant role in weight gain and weight loss. Our bodies are bombarded by toxins from a variety of sources, including food, the air we breathe, and the products we use. These toxins can accumulate in our bodies over time and can disrupt our hormonal balance, metabolism, and immune system, which can lead to weight gain.  However, by reducing our exposure to toxins and supporting our body's natural detoxification processes, we can improve our overall health and promote weight loss.
