One of the main reasons diets fail is when we don't stick to the diet fully, many of us have the tendency to just quit. We become obsessed with perfection and compliance, not allowing ourselves to shift gears if life throws us off a bit. This all or nothing approach destroys our best intentions and stops us from reaching our weight loss goals.
